our timeline
The timeline that was chosen for the NRPA to be apart of was 1st Century in the time of Claudius, it was written we serve in the time of Claudius and Vespasian, this does not make sense,
are we pretending Nero, Galba, Otho and Vitellius did not exist?
our timeline is a period of only 38 years?
do we not exist after Vespasian?
I suggest we simply pick a time in history as the point in time we represent starting now
I would suggest 41 AD this is puts us on campaign in Germanica and also serving domestic duties in Rome, we are in the middle of retrieving the last of the lost eagles from the Teutoburg disaster, this period was marked by a huge celebration as Claudius managed to retrieve the last eagle where Augustus and Tiberius failed, a triumphant arch was dedicated to this event albeit it lost to history now.
Associaition structure
To restrictive, does not allow for growth, does not factor in possilble futures, is in direct conflict with itself
when looking at how rank works with the committee\command group present document is a contradiction of outself and when looking at it overall is possibly a conflict of interest with the associaiton.
Use a typical committee structure but align the Tribune above the Committe and construct so the
President role is removed if not enough acceptable members to fill all committee positions,
Tribune is then a president in his own right, assign Tribune veto to ensure he has adequate control

Term limits
Term limits do not stop the wrong types destroying the association, they can destroy it well within
3 years, Term limtis only stop the right people from leading, this can be a bad thing
Remove term limit restrictions
Stop Dictators and Teagan types
need top stop dictator and problem people quicker than current term limit plan as that takes to long
have written into constitution “assassination” the Roman way to deal with these people
assassination is essentially removing someone from the committee and blocking them from getting back in for a period of time, I have put 3 years as the period for now. It is worded to allow the member to step down before they get removed.
rank structure
ranks need to be reworked slightly, need to define ranks, how to achieve them, complete rank overhaul. ranks cannot be something you lose by no longe being a committee member, eg…. signifer is not a rank it was a duty if you are signifer and on committee as treasurer it does not work as you are one of the lower ranks in the guard, present ranks are kind of open to debate undefined and i do not think they work with the structure of management we have

kit structure
we are a little complicated in our kit structure and it is going to cost far to much for many people to bother and it is far to complicated, we need it to be simple.
restructured to simplify and make more affordable, also alligned with ranks and as much as possible the member orders through us so its easy for them, we may need to assign someone to unfirom officer or the treasurer cops this job

fees are far to cheap, yes we want people to join yes we want to be affordable but we will not be able to remain solvent, THE FIRST DUTY OF THE COMMITTEE is to ensure the associaition is solvent , our structure and fee structure will ensure we are not and will constantly mean the core people will likely have to put their hand in their pocket often.
with no real income we will remain a very amateur looking association EG legio XII
strongly suggest increase in fee
to make it more appealing the member gets benefits

Suggest policy that Domestic Kit and Battle Kit Items are to be purchased from NRPA, that way we can ensure the item is suitable and we ensure items members have are identical, maintaining continuity.

(wool seems to be very expensive, the cheapest I have found is a blend, black was $15.95 per meter if you buy 10m, I have not found a white for less than $49 per meter!)
